Sweet Sounds for the Soul

Heather Pengelley, founder of Sweet Sounds for the Soul, is a sound practitioner. She has diplomas in Integrated Sound Healing for Groups and 1-2-1 Sound Sessions from the Sound Healing Academy (SHA). And, she has an SHA Certificate in Crystal Singing Bowls. Heather hosts group sound baths & meditations and 1-2-1 personalized sound sessions online or in person.

Heather combines mindfulness meditation and guided imagery with the power of sound. Her intention is to help her clients to relax in the present moment. As a result, they can relieve stress and reform better ways of handling life’s tensions. 

She plays a host of sound instruments, including crystal singing bowls, Native American and rimless flutes, Himalayan bowls, gongs, drums, xylophone and tongue drums, monolini, shruti box, and more. Heather is a core shamanic practitioner. She offers shamanic services at www.thespiritworld.ca.
